HK French Sweet Sauce

Classic Hong Kong sweet sauce (甜醬) revisited with a French twist!
 
Using a soy sauce as the base, we kick the sweetness up a notch with a touch of salted caramel for that flavour. We're also using our in-house preserved French prunes for that distinct tang that we all love.
 
It's a special sauce for everyday cuisine! You can dollop it on rice or eggs, and it could even find its way onto your barbecue! Mix it in with your stir-fries for that umami punch!
