After starting a new life in Paris 10 years ago, the idea for HK 852 came about as I was daydreaming about Hong Kong and my favourite Chiuchao fishball noodles and their accompanying chilli oil.
Inspired by the flavours of Hong Kong food stalls and mom-and-pop shops in the city, HK 852 uses locally sourced ingredients to bring you the flavours you know and love so much.
I am a cook and a proud Hongkonger, well-practised in finding creative ways to challenge tastebuds. It is my mission to deliver you that authentic food stall flavour with a funky twist straight to your doorstep.
