Chiuchao Chilli Oil

Presenting our OG chilli oil, the sauce that started HK 852! It is small but mighty with only 5 basic ingredients: fried shallots, garlic, chilli flakes, soy sauce and salt. And that's it. No dodgy ingredients, no flavour enhancers.
 
Hailing from my father's hometown, Chiu Chow (潮州), this is a sauce that you can find in any Hong Kong food stall! This is an excellent flavour booster for any dish as it is both savoury and fragrant at the same time.
 
Drizzle it on eggs, dumplings, pasta, pizza- you name it! You will love the taste so much that you will want to keep it on your table to have it with every single meal.
